White Tee Jay

Hello, I’m Jay! I’m a Real Estate Investor & working my way towards financial independence. In an effort to save money on clothing, I began buying 6 pack Hanes White Tees from BJ’s for $19.99 in 2016. Friends began to notice my consistent use of white tees (at the gym, hang outs, etc.) and one friend granted me the name White Tee Jay. Keeping my wardrobe simple and cost efficient were my original reasons for wearing white tees, but I have adopted the same principles in my investing strategies. There is nothing extraordinary about how I view investing, nor is it unique. My techniques are recycled, proven and adjusted to fit my needs and can be adjusted to fit yours. The white tee has helped shaped who I am today and I hope this site will help aide you on your own financial journey.
